Platinum Recruitment Group are the exclusive recruitment partner for this newly created Financial Controller position in Oldham.
Reporting the Chief Executive, this role will be overseeing the operations of the accounting department and include building a team and reporting schedule to achieve company goals and objectives.
The company operates from UK head office and has two other international sites. Working from head office you will enjoy being part of the senior leadership team and be commercially involved in all strategic decision making.
Core duties will include:
-Produce and present monthly management accounts and financial accounts
-Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
-Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to the leadership team
-Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
-Provide for a system of management cost reports
-Provide financial analyses for contract negotiations, capital investments and pricing decisions
-Manage the preparation of the annual business report
