Macildowie Finance are partnering exclusively with an exciting, growth focused SME organisation to recruit a Financial Controller on a part time basis (circa 25 hours) for their site in Central Leicester.
This No1 Finance position will report directly to the Managing Director and will provide the right person exposure to all levels/departments within this ambitious business.

You will be tasked with;
Production of monthly management accounts for two business units - ensuring integrity and accuracy. Providing supporting commentary on areas of variance.
Financial Accounting on a monthly basis - balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns etc.
Management of a small team of 2 - development, coaching and performance management.
Ensuring all invoicing is processed in a timely and accurate manner
Tight cash flow management being responsible for all cash postings and banking activities.
To be considered for this role you will be;
A competent Excel User (Pivots, Look Ups, Ifs are a must).
A confident communicator with experience of partnering with senior level operational stakeholders.
Extensive experience of operating in a â€œhands onâ€ and fully rounded accounting role is absolutely essential.
Qualified Accountant/Qualified by Experience will be considered.
