Our client is a privately owned SME now seeking an office/ finance manager to assist the owner in the running of the company. This is a maternity cover contract and part time - 3 days/week. Key duties include:

* Travel co-ordination - Planning and booking of personal and business trips, co-ordinating with Travel agent, check ins and itineraries preparation
* Property Management of 2 rental properties - Day to Day Contact for tenants, estate agents and Building management company
* Banking - Managing and reconciling of multiple bank accounts and portfolios, both personal and Business, including payment requests
* Company administration - maintaining administrative records for several corporate structures, including quarterly VAT Returns and review of annual accounts
* Investments - Review of new investment opportunities and maintaining details of existing investments
* Personal Tax management - Co-ordinating with Tax advisors, reviewing personal tax returns, assisting with tax planning
* Filing - All personal/household filing including on-going projects, utility bills and items ordered/purchased
*Assisting with various ad hoc projects
