Finance Manager

REED Finance is exclusively working in partnership with a privately owned Healthcare Group in Birmingham to recruit a Finance Manager.

The role reports directly into the Finance Director and would suit an experienced Qualified Accountant.

Key responsibilities;

Production of monthly management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Variance analysis
Preparation of annual accounts pack
Liaison with Company auditors
Preparation of cash flow and profit forecasts
Supervision of accounts team
Submission of monthly VAT returns
Assistance with Company Secretarial duties
Ad hoc tasks as and when required
It is envisaged the successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes
A recognised professional qualification
Must have knowledge of Holding companies and Subsidiaries

The successful candidate will have the following;

A Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Industry/Commercial environment
A strong working knowledge of Sage
Excellent communication skills together with the ability to communicate at all levels
Proficient in both excel and outlook
Used to meeting deadlines and targets
Able to work under pressure
A team player who leads by example
Self motivated
