Reporting into the Financial Controller, this position will lead a small team responsible for reporting, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting and process improvement. This will include a variety of month-end duties as well as providing financial support to business managers across the organisation and acting as the key point of contact for the Shared Service Centre.
The successful applicant will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable financial management experience, and specific experience in reporting, leading the budgeting and forecasting process and process improvement. Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred, as is experience working for a US business, however this is not essential. This position is suited to a communicative self-starter who thrives in a fast paced and autonomous environment.
