Waterside Holiday Park and Spa have retained Dan Levy Associates to recruit a Finance Manager to support the group. The group is made up of three holiday parks and the Finance Manager will be responsible for producing and reporting the required management information.
The Finance Manager is an integral and active member of the management team, ensuring that the day to day activities of the finance department are carried out in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting to the CEO, as the Finance Manager will you will support all of the three parks management team keeping a close eye on budgetary and cash flow control. You should seek out ways to improve process to drive efficiency through the business.
With the help of a small team the Finance Manager will have full responsibility for the traditional back office accounting duties, including payroll. You will also be involved in strategic investment evaluation and will play a key role in identifying commercial opportunities and smooth integration thereafter. Initial projects will include a systems evaluation and implementation thereafter as well as bringing Payroll in house.
To apply for this role of Finance Manager you will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), have great attention to detail and have team management experience.
