To provide administrative support to the finance department as a whole.

Description

  • Completing all outgoing post responsibilities, including collating budget packs, year end accounts packs and arrears letters
  • Printing of letters, accounts and budgets to be issued
  • Photo copying
  • Scanning of documents and indexing them onto our paperless system
  • Reviewing supplier invoices
  • Scanning of supplier invoices
  • Date stamping of supplier invoices
  • Opening of incoming post
  • Ensure the printers are full of the correct paper at all times
  • Using a folder machine for outgoing post

Profile

  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Time management and prioritisation
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills
