Your Role: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the EYFS teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that support each child's individual needs.
  • Providing one-on-one support to children who require additional help with their learning or development.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting, particularly within the Early Years Foundation Stage (desirable but not essential).
  • Passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (desirable but not essential).
