Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a passion for education? Do you have experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) children, particularly those with challenging behaviour? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to a child with challenging behaviour. Your responsibilities will include:
Classwork Support: Assist the child with their classwork and learning activities.
Positive Educational Relationship: Develop and nurture a positive educational relationship with the child.
Behavior Management: Effectively manage and guide the child's behaviour in a constructive manner.
Inclusive Environment: Create a safe and inclusive learning environment within the EYFS setting.

Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
Demonstrate patience and empathy, especially when dealing with challenging behaviour.
Be a clear and effective communicator to build strong relationships with the child and the wider school community.
