The position: Export Sales Administrator

Company based In Oxfordshire.
We are recruiting for an experienced sales administrator to join our clients busy successful team. You will be providing administrative support to the Export Team and assisting other admin staff on a regular basis. Any previous import / export experience is helpful but not essential. Previous sales admin or strong admin experience is essential.
- Processing customers purchase orders
- Processing quotations which involves detailed pricing and calculations
- Processing and preparing customer orders, acknowledgements and order related updates
- Daily liaising with factory regarding lead times and delivery updates
- Handling customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Additional duties include liaising with Credit Control concerning customer accounts, credit note requests etc.
You will have effective communication skills, excellent telephone and interpersonal skills as well as good time management skills. A very strong and flexible team player is essential.
