We pride ourselves on sourcing the best mortgage and protection products for any circumstance and require our advisers to provide outstanding customer service.

The Package:

You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads however we can assist with this

You will have the benefit of using our advanced system including our excellent sourcing system and easy to use fact find

You will be working under an excellent brand name that over the last 15 years has built a fantastic reputation (please see our online reviews)

In house processing will be offered to progress your cases from application to completion

In house compliance checking

Support from management offered for both criteria and system assistance if required

A competitive commission split to be discussed on application

Requirements to be successful in this role:

The ability to maintain our excellent service standards

Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent

Proactive, can-do attitude, follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills

Passion for consultative solution selling with a drive to innovate

You must be CeMap qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in the marketplace. Ideally a minimum of 5 years working as a broker although this isn’t essential.

You must be compliant and have a full checkable employment history.
