Existing P&C Underwriter - Hybrid Working

A unique opportunity has arisen with a Global Insurer within their Underwriting team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to progress their Underwriting Career dealing with both Existing Business.

We are looking to speak to Underwriting Professionals that have experience in Property or Casualty. There will be an opportunity to be client facing in which you will support in the delivery of the overall business targets.

Some Key Duties / Responsibilities Include:

• Support in the delivery of the Existing Business financial plan.
• Underwrite following Personal Underwriting Authority and Underwriting Guidelines to meet required profit targets.
• Deliver quality broker service.
• Act as a referral point for lower-level Underwriters and support in improving Underwriting capability.

This is an opportunity which offers flexibility as you will only be required to be in the office 2/3 days a week as well as visiting brokers in the Yorkshire area when required. You will be offered with a competitive salary, market leading benefits as well as a bonus.
