Job Title: ExhibitionProject Manager

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working available (3 days per weekin the office)

Salary: Up to £35K

Job Purpose Summary:

To act as theExhibitionProject Managerthisinvolves overseeing exhibition offerings for clients, from bespoke builds to large event exhibitions whereour clientis the organiser. Asthe Exhibition Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of stand builds as well as all onsite infrastructure.

Theideal candidate will have experience in managing and delivering exhibitions as well as building strong stakeholder relationships. You will report totheHead of Production and work alongsideahighly motivated and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client management for all exhibition requirements
  • Inputting to creative and innovative solutions
  • Project scoping and budgeting
  • Project management and delivery
  • International knowledge and delivery
  • Production of briefs for internal divisions (creative, film, digital and technical)
  • Develop a strong working relationship with all departments withinfresh
  • Oversight of build delivery and production
  • Production of onsite briefing docs
  • Onsite delivery
  • Project financial management and reporting

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Significant Project Management experience from brief to delivery gained within a similar events
