Are you a skilled Exhibition Manager with 2-3 years of hands-on operations experience within large scale exhibitions? This opportunity is for you.

Our client, an international events company, is looking to add an Exhibition Operations Manager to their established London team.

This is an opportunity to coordinate and manage the logistics and quality of events to ensure cost-effective, well-run events with a superb experience for attendees/clients.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible hybrid working (3 days in Central London office) and salaries of up to £45K.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibition planning and internal project management
  • Event experience and on the day management
  • Cost and budget management
  • Supplier management
  • Exhibitor and sponsor management

The Person:

  • Experienced with exhibition operations is essential for this role, with more than 50+ exhibitors
  • Great communicator, you will be networking, and building relationships with senior C-Suite professionals
  • You will need fantastic organisational, planning and time management skills
  • This role will involve international travel
