Job responsibilities

* Assisting the Director in all aspects of their work
* Communicating with the Director throughout the day; through phone and face to face conversations
* Organisation and monitoring of Director's emails
* Drafting emails and proof reading letters
* Diary Management; dealing with reschedules and updates
* Scheduling regular external and internal meetings; ensuring venues are confirmed and staff attending are fully briefed for the meeting
* Responding to invitations for key events
* Contribute to hospitality arrangements; managing tickets and guest lists for events
* General administration duties; filing paperwork, creating Power Point Presentations, supporting with expenses claims, issuing invoices, and managing cash float
* Booking travel and accommodation for Director; deal with international visits and visa applications
* Taking minutes in meetings with clients

Candidate requirements

* Must have strong PA experience
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
* IT Literate - MS Office
* Must be bright and self motivated
* Confident and forward thinker
* Team player able to fit in a team with big personalities
* Highly organised with excellent multi tasking skills
