Executive Assistant

The last few years has seen a period of significant expansion that we anticipate will continue in the future. As a result of this, the Managing Director of the company is seeking to appoint an executive assistant to provide administrative and clerical support

This position will be based at First City House at the Group's Head Office in Swindon.
· Co-ordinating daily calendars of senior managers
· Planning and manage the Managing Director's diary
· Arrange and minute meetings
· Acting as a point of contact between the Managing Director, staff and clients
· Creating regular reports and update internal databases
· Making travel arrangements
· Planning and arrange events and functions
· Overseeing the communication and branding of the company on behalf of the Managing Director
· Manage phone calls and e mails
· Respond promptly to queries from internal and external colleagues and clients
· Facilitate internal communication (draft newsletters, co-ordinate and distribute information)
· Suggest more efficient ways to run the office
· Review and recommend changes to our company policies.
· Undertaking research when requested and production of reports

Salary £22,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience
