An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join an excellent business based in Worcestershire! This is a full time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working offering up to 37k a year!

The responsibilities for this role would include providing support to the directors whilst working amongst other PA’s which would include:

  • Diary management to ensure the directors time is maximised
  • Ensuring travel and accommodation are provided and coordinated
  • Organising and managing aspects of project meetings by providing the agenda, action points and progress updates as well as ensuring documentation is provided when needed
  • Arranging meetings, events and providing event management support when necessary for meetings and conferences
  • Occasionally undertake assignments when needed including presentations
  • Handle calls and queries when necessary, as well as submitting expense claims/reports
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the teams across the business to provide support when needed
  • Managing and approving holiday request for the team, ensuring cover is maintained

The candidate will need to be resilient, professional and switched on and would have experience working at a Board Level.

It is essential that the candidate has an do attitude is essential and a ability to go above and beyond when needed to assist the directors! Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and an approachable personality is a must!

There will be occasional travel to London included to this role.
