I'm recruiting for a European Roadfreight Operator to join a global freight forwarder.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling European services
  • Handling Baltic Services
  • Coordinate and manage the movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national
  • Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to customers
  • Address any issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times


Skills required:

  • 1 years+ experience International road freight
  • Experience with Baltic imports/exports would be desirable
  • Capable of manually calculating costs and charges
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience with Customs paperwork
  • Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
