Job Title: Estate Agent Valuer
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £28,600
OTE: £37,500 + (Uncapped Comission)
Required: 1 Year Estate Agency Valuing Experience

A multi-branch, award winning and well established estate agent, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to earn great money working as a Property Consultant in their busy Manchester branch.

The role requires the individual build strong relationships with customers whilst working to set sales targets. This requires working individually and as part of a team but able to manage own workload. You

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Self-generate valuations, booking them in line with company standards.
  • Attend the valuation appointments to secure the listing.
  • Demonstrate a valuation conversion rate at a minimum % to be agreed
  • Write the brochure and send to client for approval.
  • Match new instructions via Alto, calling hot buyers first.
  • Conduct all viewings on your own stock.
  • Call viewings for feedback and pass this promptly onto your vendors.
  • Maintain regular marketing reviews with your clients, reviewing price if necessary.
  • Regularly update the listings on the portals (change photos or descriptions to freshen up stock)
  • Take and negotiate offers.
  • Complete AML checks on buyers
  • Refer buyers to FS and Conveyancing partners
  • Issue MOS to all parties
  • Progress the sale, working with mortgage providers and conveyancers to ensure transactions go through as quickly as possible.
  • Keep all parties updated.
  • Handover keys at completion
  • Secure google reviews from buyers or sellers at relevant points in the transaction.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in customer face to face dealings
  • Experience in telephone communication

  • Proven success in organisation and efficiency with a good record of personal effectiveness
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer driven with a drive for results
  • Estate Agency Experience of at least 18 months years
  • Show respect for others and build relationships


Training & Qualifications

  • 3 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Hunters Academy Training endorsed by Propertymark (ARLA and NAEA) will be provided
