English Teacher

Reed Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join one of our Schools in Chester for two terms to commence in September.

As an English teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and instructing students in the English language, literature, and related subjects. You will be expected to create lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cover a range of English language and literature topics
• Assess students' knowledge and understanding of English language and literature
• Provide constructive feedback to students and develop individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages students to learn and participate

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification or equivalent experience
• Experience teaching English language and literature to students at various levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
