Engineering Lead Python / Typescript

Engineering Lead (Python / TypeScript) £133,500 + Extensive Package, Hybrid - London

My Leading Investment Management client are looking to attract an Engineering Lead (Python / Typescript) to join the team.

In the role you will:

• Drive the development and modernisation of their transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems.
• You will lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on building saleable, secure, and intelligent solutions to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and financial crime across global platforms.
• The role includes direct line management of 5 engineers.

We are looking for:

• Strong Full Stack development skills on Python and PySpark, Typescript (ideally also Node.JS / React.JS) and AWS (Or other cloud provider) as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Line Management experience.

The client are looking to offer up to £133,500 basic + Bonus (c25% can go higher) + 10% Pension (On top).

This is a full time role, Hybrid - 3 days a week in the city of London.
