Engineering Compliance and Assurance Lead

Location - LondonWorking pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

The Engineering and Compliance Assurance Lead will support the Account Director and site leads by creating, delivering, and monitoring all statutory and non-statutory compliance related tasks that are carried out by the site team, in accordance with the contract specific M&E technical maintenance specification, to ensure the account is contractually and legally compliant at all times.

Will be working together with the client, customers, and management team to progress and enhance local process and procedures and implement good compliance management practices. To improve performance as well as monitoring compliance and managing internal audits. Sample checking of compliance evidentially PPM and Reactive paperwork for both internal teams and specialist subcontractors.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong compliance management background, including management of compliance systems and reporting, as well as being a strategic thinker that is able to balance current needs with long-term goals. You will have excellent business analysis skills, including critical thinking and a proactive approach
and strong excel skills.

An in depth understanding of industry standards and regulations is beneficial.
