Due to continued expansion they have a requirement for an experienced Adviser to work on and develop an existing portfolio of business.
This is likely to being the region of 120 households, worth c£20m FUM which will be allocated over the course of the first 12 months. 90% of their clients as a business are within the East Midlands.
The role is employed paying a basic salary of c£35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, track record and qualifications.
Due to the nature of the role you do not have to bring clients with you, but they would obviously not turn business away.
They have a quarterly bonus scheme based on performance and annual discretionary bonus based on behaviors. (full details can be provided at request)
In addition to the available clients, they have a contract with a national newspaper group and run 10 seminars a year to which their readership are invited, on average 50 new clients are signed up at each event.
They are also an acquisitional firm and have bought 2 businesses in the last year with talks on going with a further 3.
Full Admin and Paraplanning is provided in house, they work in pods of 4, 2 Advisers 1 Admin, 1 Paraplanner to ensure top level customer service.

You will be an experienced Adviser with a proven track record of success.
As they are Chartered they ideally want Advisers to be at or actively working towards Chartered.
You will have current CF30 status and full CAS.
