Your new role
You will be responsible for undertaking various due-diligence, dilapidation, PPM and audit surveys of M&E installations within buildings and prepare written reports.Your time will be spent designing, managing and supervising projects whilst coordinating with other disciplines. Carrying out design in accordance with industry guides, preparing specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme and supervising project works on site.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role it is important that you have a good understanding of building services practices, procedures and standards; particularly principles of Electrical and Mechanical Design and Engineering Compliance. It is important that you have knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM as well as experience using Microsoft office.
As part of a close knit team, the ability to work both alone an as part of a team is also important.
