Are you an Electrical Engineer from an HVAC / M&E / Building Systems background looking for a varied consultancy role that provides the opportunity to upskill yourself in a new area and make a direct impact on a fast-expanding specialist company that provides a clear progression structure into senior roles?

This company is a specialist in operational engineering (RIBA Stage 7) support to a portfolio of over fifty buildings, and has a strong client base, building high-end residential to office fit-outs and plant/asset replacement in London. They are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to further grow their tight-knit team of Consultants.

This varied consultancy role will provide you with specialist training in the sector and then see you undertaking a range of surveys, inspections, and tender reports as you work primarily in the office with occasional client visitation. You will be working closely with the Director as you assess M&E and maintenance contracts in addition to other consultancy-related works.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer from an HVAC / M&E background looking to move into an accustomed role with specialist training and a clear progression structure.

The Role:

• Work on a variety of building services projects across London
• Provide detailed reports, risk assessments, and technical advice to customers and recommend works to contractors
• Performance design and specification of electrical services installations

The Person:

• Electrical Engineer or similar
• HVAC / M&E / Building Systems background
• A broad understanding/practical experience of Electrical Services and Fire & Security Systems
