Tradewind Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in the Denton area. You'll play a vital role in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) classroom, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest students.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in a variety of activities, aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to different learning styles.
  • Assist the teacher in classroom management and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

You're a Perfect Fit if You Have:

  • Experience working in a primary school setting, particularly with EYFS students.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude and the ability to create a fun learning environment.
  • A DBS check on the Update Service (desirable).
