My client, a successful and fast growing business within the financial services sector is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their team.
The role involves providing an excellent customer service and account management for customers and clients, supporting collections department and working within a targeted environment.
On a day to day basis you will be contacting clients, ensuring payments plans are set up effectively, answer general queries by email, post and web chat, updating files and dealing with general admin duties.
You will need to be an experienced administrator with an excellent customer service experience and able to prioritise your work load in order to respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
