Bolton Hybrid Dynamics CRM Manager £50k

Pearson Carter are working with an established company within the telecommunications industry based in the UK and Europe who specialise in providing their clientele and array of business solutions. Their systems are hosted in the cloud which means that they are secure and accessible from either working from home or in remote offices. They are seeking a Dynamics CRM Manager to help transition all the companies IT services to D365 CRM to better support the growth for new projects in the near future.

Experience

  • Previous experience in Dynamics CRM with the desirable skill of D365 CE (the company is willing to providing training in this if you have no prior experience).
  • Experience in roles such as Administration, Support, or CRM Manager is desired.
  • Responsibilities include Driving Usage, User Adoption, Training Users & Data Cleansing.
  • Candidate ideally should have experience with Power BI / Power Automate.
  • 100% Functional Role - Ability to learn technical skills as the role progresses.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £50k.

Location

This company has an office based in Bolton, Greater Manchester where this role will be based 4-5 days a week on a hybrid work basis.
