Salary: £21,000 a year
My client is a family friendly, energetic company who is at the forefront of its field, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, whose main aim is to provide an unforgettable experience for all customers. You will be managing the day to day running of the unit, including Front of House operations, Café, Maintenance as well as any parties.
To offer leadership to the team.
To train, monitor and develop staff.
To monitor Health and Safety.
To operate the sales and booking systems.
Deliver exceptional customer engagement and service.
Communicate effectively to both staff and customers.
Identify emergencies quickly and take appropriate action. Give immediate first aid to any casualty.
