A Multimedia Designer with a passion for instructional learning design you will be based in an in-house creative London team working of a mixture of elearning design, creating content for an interactive platform. Your work will be primarily UK based with the opportunity to go Global. You will own the job from start to finish, writing your own content and liaising with the appropriate people while also updating existing modules.

The business is a global, FTSE 250 recruitment consultancy who are consistently placed within the Times Top 100 and Glass Door Best companies to work for. Their thriving digital team are looking to hire a Multimedia Designer who has a keen interest in instructural design. You will be based in the London office.

Description

The Multimedia Designer is key for the business which has just implemented a new e-learning platform across the business and are looking to add to the content. You will be creating infographics, videos, interactive simulations and animations. The work will be UK based with the possibility to have it pushed globally. The key responsibilities for the successful Multimedia Designer will be:

- A strong digital designer with experience using the full Adobe Suit

- Interested in e-learning and learning rapid development tools such as Storyline and Captivate

- Experience in developing infographics, videos, interactive simulation, creative text design and animation

- Passion for writing and scripting as you will be writing all your own content and liaising with the appropriate people to create that content

This person will also manage the entire digital learning development lifecycle, including TNA, storyboarding, creative design and delivery of engaging digital learning modules appropriate to the learners.

Profile

The successful Multimedia Designer will be friendly and engaging with a massive passion for design. You will be highly creative and would be ideal if you have experience developing content for e-learning platforms such as quizzes, infographics, videos and games etc. You will be using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate and Abode Cloud. You will need to be motivated as you need to write all your own content, liaising with the appropriate person.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful Multimedia Designer is an opportunity to have your worked used globally, a salary of £35 000 - £40 000 plus a strong benefits package.
