DevOps Engineer (AWS) Madrid / Remote to €65,000

Do you have a broad range of DevOps experience within AWS environments?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a scale-up FinTech; you'll join a diverse, cross functional, remote Agile team working on the core commodities trading data analytics product, they have secured several big name banking clients and are now set to grow.

As a DevOps Engineer you will help build improvements to the trading infrastructure. You will implement and maintain the AWS infrastructure, design future changes for the architecture, provide monitoring services and manage costs. There's a variety of work and you'll gain exposure to a range of modern tech that is constantly evolving.

Location / WFH:

The company have a shared office space in central Madrid if you do prefer an office environment however, you can work from home fully remotely within a two hour commutable distance (you will need to go into the office once a month).

About you:

• You are a DevOps Engineer with a broad range of skills and experience, likely to be from an infrastructure / systems background
• You have a strong knowledge of AWS and associated tools such as CDK, Amazon MSK (Kafka), RDS, VPC, networking, Fargate
• You have a good knowledge of databases, they use Redshift and PostgreSQL
• You have experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures
• Experience with Terraform or Datadog would also be beneficial
• You have fluent English language skills
