We are currently recruiting Professional Development Administrator who will be supporting the coordination of activities within the European Sector.
*Coordinate and provide consistent and thorough follow-up for training including negotiation with customers, printing of course material, solving logistics problems, working with instructors, follow-up and collection for invoices, program activities, and as necessary, development activities within the European Sector
*Act as an information focal point for general inquiries through phone and email.
*Coordinate and deliver marketing support for the department, in the form of newsletter, press releases, online presence and marketing updates on the website
*Maintain appropriate records and generate reports and making recommendation for program improvements/developments
*Act as a back-up in the absence of the Coordinator by making appropriate decisions
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
*Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
*One European Language required (French, German, Spanish preferred)
*Administrative work experience including work in a training function
*Strong communication skills, oral and written, phone and e-mail
*Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs
*Able to travel at least 20% of the time
