What is this role?
Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a gifted Java software developer to join its successful, dynamic and experienced in house development team. You will join an agile, pair-programming development team working on X3 - Reed’s next generation recruitment platform. Given the success to date and the appetite from both the business and clients, the team is increasing in size. The application is used by some of the biggest brands in the UK.
X3 was a 'green field’ product that rethought how to deliver HR products and services, to significantly improve the functionality we offer to recruiters, clients and candidates. It is the new 'go-to-system' for our corporate clients, and development is underway to prepare X3 for our core/principal recruitment business.
There is an excellent spirit and unity in the current team, aided by a very healthy work life balance - alongside a real desire to push together to elegant solutions.
