Our Client - Debt Finance Director

Our client are a highly successful debt fund, they work with innovative and high-growth UK SMEs, accelerating their growth by providing bespoke growth capital and working capital

facilities. They have lent more than £1bn since inception and have grown significantly with

offices across the world.

We are now seeking an outstandingly well-networked and focused deal originator with the

enthusiasm and energy required to seek out the best UK term debt opportunities. This

person will lead the origination and execution of credit lines from £2 million to £10 million

across multiple sectors. As well as supporting a wide range of organic growth projects,

the funding lines are used for growth capital, M&A transactions and refinancing.

The business are currently on their fifth fund with £200m of committed capital to support SMEs across the UK.

You will bring a proven track record in sourcing, structuring and executing successful UK

term debt deals. You’ll enjoy completing the depth of analysis required to balance risks

and rewards, and know how to judge a business from the strength of their management

team, their operations, sales and financial management.
