Contract Data Scientist - Graph Theory & Household Propensity ModellingGaming & Gambling Sector | Remote UK | £500-550/day Outside IR35

We're working with a leading gaming & gambling business looking to hire a contract Data Scientist with experience in Graph Theory and Household Propensity Modelling.

You'll be joining a high-performing data science team focused on customer behaviour, player interaction modelling, and personalisation - using advanced analytics to drive smarter targeting, retention, and marketing strategies.

Must-have experience:
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist (Python, SQL)

  • Strong understanding of Graph Theory, Network Analysis or Graph Modelling

  • Experience building Household Propensity Models - customer behaviour, churn, segmentation etc.

  • Previous experience working in the gaming, gambling or betting industry is essential

What you'll be doing:
  • Applying Graph Theory to map player connections & behaviours

  • Building Household Propensity Models to improve customer targeting and retention

  • Working closely with product, marketing, CRM & data engineering teams

  • Helping drive personalisation and player engagement strategies

  • Working with large-scale customer datasets across gaming & betting platforms

Details:
  • 6-month initial contract (scope to extend)

  • £500-550/day Outside IR35

  • Fully Remote (UK-based)
