Part Time Data/Office Administrator £8-10per hour

Do you have strong customer service skills? A keen eye for detail ? If so, then we have an opportunity for you, to work for this forward thinking Accountancy Organisation based in Milton Keynes.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Good IT Skills
  • A passionate and positive approach to work
  • Good analytical skills

Key duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Customer/Supplier information in an accurate manner
  • Reconcile and investigate any discrepancies
  • Undertake all relevant training when required
  • Liaise with other team members at all levels
  • Store all paper files in a safe and secure environment
  • Provide daily and weekly reports
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required.

Hours to suit (Ideally 20 hours per week. )
