As the Data Management Specialist Key Responsibilities will include:

- Manage campaign selections and data imports within Raiser's Edge.
- Contribute to the longer-term CRM strategy by actively participating in the migration process to Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.
- Utilise hands-on technical skills to effectively manage and support the import of data from third-party data suppliers.
- Identify, understand, and address data quality issues at their source, implementing robust data quality monitoring and management processes.
- Develop and maintain strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data as needed for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between data management processes and organisational objectives.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and CRM systems.

As the Data Management Specialist you must have:

- Demonstrated ability to manage campaign selections and data imports within a CRM environment.
- Experience with data migration projects, particularly within the context of transitioning to Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, is highly desirable.
- Strong hands-on technical skills, including proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Previous experience with Raiser's Edge is essential, and ideally Salesforce Non Profit Cloud.
