Data Entry Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt and delivery of all noticing in-line with the contract performance, liaising with the works supervisors in order to arrange all NRSWA coordination for Civils and Cabling works. The ideal candidate will be trained in house and given the tools and experience to progress within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1Management of all noticing requests receiving and monitoring all jobs through to completion.
2Daily coordination with the networks supervisors
3Deal with day to day issues, escalating through the management chain when appropriate.
4Printing & logging of job-packs onto the internal system
5Comply with Health & Safety and environmental policies
6Receive daily updates from Networks Department on completion or status of work orders.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED

*High level of PC Skills - YOU MUST BE FULLY COMPETENT USING EXCEL
*Analytical approach to tasks
*Good administration & communications skills.

This role is office based Monday - Friday
The hours you are required to work are 7.20-16.20.
