Nigel Frank are representing a reputable manufacturing organisation, who are actively searching for an enthusiastic D365FO/AX Supply Chain Support Consultant. My client have recently implemented D365FO, and are looking to expand their expert leading team. This is a brilliant opportunity to further your Dynamics knowledge and work on Microsoft's flagship product, D365FO.

My client prioritise employee's goals, offering clear development and progression plans, where they see this role transitioning into a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst position, if the candidate desires.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting 1st/ 2nd and 3rd line help desk support tickets surrounding D365F&O/ Dynamics AX.
• Troubleshooting system performance issues/ minor bug fixing.
• Project based support analysis for new implementation projects.
• Working closely with customers to provide excellent customer service and support.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting Dynamics AX2012 or D365FO.
• Ability to support system issues to 2nd line level.
• Broad Supply Chain modular knowledge.
• Proven communication skills written and verbal, comfortable in user facing environment.
