D365 CE Business Analyst, £80,000, Remote - London or Oxford office location - ideally a few days per week onsite, D365 CE migration project

A national environmental consultancy are looking for a Business Analyst experienced with Dynamics 365 CE to join their tightknit internal IT team. The role is offering £80,000 and can be fully remote - they have a London and Oxford office location - a few days per month in office is desirable though not essential.

The organisation are currently running multiple CRM systems including an instance of D365 CE which has been recently implemented and well received by the user base. They are now looking to consolidate their CRM usage onto a single centralised D365 CE system. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with previous D365 CE project experience who can take charge of the project. You will gather and document requirements with stakeholders, write user stories and liaise with the technical team and then help rollout the system.

The requirements are…

  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • End to end project experience working in a business analyst role, experienced gathering and documenting requirements and leading workshop
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
