We’re recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Wolverhampton based client due to continued business growth! The role will involve providing excellent technical support and advice to customers on a variety of products, working to SLA’s and company targets to ensure a positive customer experience.


  • To undertake training and develop in depth product knowledge to ensure you’re able to provide the best possible advice and guidance to customers
  • Deliver excellent and professional service to all customers, internal and external
  • Process customer orders
  • Liaise with customers to arrange returns in accordance with company procedures
  • Provide pre and post sales advice to both retail and trade customers
  • Respond to technical queries via telephone, email, web chat and in writing
  • Liaise with the wider team, warehouse/sales/marketing colleagues, and keep customers up to date with the progress of their order
  • Identify opportunities to upsell to customers, increasing spend without compromising service
  • Follow up customer quotations
  • Communicate effectively with senior management where necessary

  • The ability to understand technical terms and relay them to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Desire to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of working with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
