Customer Solutions Assistant, Near Attleborough, paying up to £20,000 p.a depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to join an expanding business based just off the A11, this is a dynamic and unique organisation that thrive on providing a high level quality service in line with their core values. Due to the location a full driving licence and vehicle will be essential.

You will be supporting the customer solutions department in the running of and maintenance of the communications with one of their key brands, as well as providing administrative support to CEO and COO when necessary.

Duties include:
• Carrying out administrative and secretarial tasks for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) as and when required.
• Ordering office equipment and stationary for the HQ group when required.
• Monitoring, triage and responding to calls and emails that come into the Premier Active systems.
• Assisting the Customer Solutions Supervisor with any priority tasks that need to be performed.
• Preparing the Board Room prior to meetings and training events as well as managing the Board Room diary.
• Taking parent bookings for holiday courses and extra-curricular activities, including telephone calls and emails that directly relate to parents.
• Welcoming visitors and clients that enter reception at Premier HQ.
