I am recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader to join a modern and successful company based centrally in Swindon, This is a permanent opportunity, paying £24,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience, you will work Monday to Friday - office hours only and ideally will be able to start within 3 weeks.
It will be your responsibility to manage a small team of Technical Support Advisors, including monthly reviews and supporting the advisors with some daily tasks - you will need to be proactive and passionate, with a technical mind.

Skills and experience needed:
*2 years + of team leader experience
*Fluent, written and spoken English + plus another language
*Strong people management skills - the ability to lead and motivate a team to hit targets
*Willingness to identify customer trends and issues
*Strong team player and role model
*Well organised, prioritising and multi tasking
*Able to relate to others and build strong working relationships
*Technical knowledge and experience is desirable
