Customer Services Representative - 12 months FTC

Our Customer Services team at Envigo is expanding and we need you!

Responsibilities:

  • Invoices
  • Quotes
  • HM Profiles
  • Progress of work
  • Customer complaints
  • Ensuring customers receive their information in a timely manner by providing a central focus for the Laboratory Group Leaders and actively collecting data produced by the laboratories.
  • Identifying difficult or problematic submissions and inform customers and to provide additional support to both customers and laboratory staff.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Computer literate
  • Able to communicate internally & externally
