- Ensuring customers receive their information in a timely manner by providing a central focus for the Laboratory Group Leaders and actively collecting data produced by the laboratories.
- Identifying difficult or problematic submissions and inform customers and to provide additional support to both customers and laboratory staff.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate internally & externally
