Customer service Manager - Canary Wharf - Online event ticketing

Role type: Permanent

Salary - £33,000pa - £38,000pa + performance bonus (depending on experience)

Customer service Manager -

  • Leadership of the customer services/support team
  • General office administration including taking telephone inquiries and responding to emails
  • Ensuring the customer support team operates effectively on a daily basis
  • Input into developing my clients procedures, processes, and systems to ensure they provide the very highest level of service
  • Line managing, coordinating and delegating workloads
  • Directly responding to and assisting with customer support during certain hours of the week
  • Helping to fulfil and dispatch customer ticket orders as and when necessary
  • Conducting weekly catch-up meetings and annual employee appraisals
  • Ensuring a cohesive and productive team with high morale
  • Managing a team of five people in their customer support responsibilities
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Thrive on customer interaction
  • Ability to effectively handle all types of customer enquiry from product assistance to complaints
  • Possess strong leadership skills
  • Experience in websites and/or e-commerce would be an advantage
  • Educated to university standard or higher
  • Experience in a management role
