My prestigious client, based in Crewe, are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Supervisor. This is a very hands on role working for a company that believes in team work and offers support, training and a very friendly environment to all their employees.
You will be managing a team of Customer Service Advisors (part-time and full-time) and you must have proven experience of man-management in a customer service environment.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- PC literate particularly using Word and Excel
- Responsible for reporting and analysing figures
- Excellent customer service skills and happy to continue in a hands on capacity
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Business acumen
This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor who wants to work in a company who will provide a fantastic working environment.
You must be flexible as the office is open between 7am-6pm (working 42.5 hours per week) and you will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday with time back in lieu).
Salary is £20k
