Customer Service Representative

An established financial services firm is looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative with call handling experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant individual to work within a busy pro-active Corporate and Private Client Team. Providing an efficient and effective customer service to existing and prospective customers, you will actively promote their products and services.

Your duties will include speaking with customers and delivering an efficient and effective service to exceed expectations consistently. You will be receiving inbound and
making outbound calls, actively promoting products and services, maintaining customer notes and adhoc duties as required.

Personal Specification - Core Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a call handling roles with experience in building customer relationships and managing customers expectations.
You must be articulate, literate & numerate with excellent computer skills.
