What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the link between the company and the teams on the ground completing our client’s mystery shopping and audit projects.

Specifically, you will ensure that assignments are placed with shoppers and auditors, work is monitored and submitted in a timely manner and projects are completed on time.

You will:

- Build rapport with mystery shoppers and auditors via telephone and email
- Carry out tasks in-line with internal processes and procedures
- Identify ways to improve existing operations and exceed targets

What will I need?

To be considered as a Customer Service Representative, you will need:

- A great telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident and professional demeanour
- A great eye for detail
- A results-driven and highly-motivated approach

This is a full time role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30.
