Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with an e-commerce company specialising in selling high-end, luxury photography products. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the rental team. You will be responsible for speaking with customers and arranging weekly or daily hiring of products.
- Co-ordinate rentals and hires by issuing order numbers to customer products
- Work with the sales team to understand customer order history and ensure repeat business
- Ensure a high level of customer service is being maintained at all times
- Ensure constant accuracy with data entry
- Ensure an ongoing eye for detail
- Be organised and have a methodical approach to customer orders
- Ensure quotes and rental times are adhered to
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous rental experience in any sector. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail.
Based in Kennington, the annual salary for this permanent role is between £18k - £20k depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods and occasional Saturdays. Immediate starts are available.
