Well my client is currently looking for two customer service professionals for a 12 week assignment during their busy period!
*Being the first point of contact for customer’s queries, administering requests within their service agreements.
*Documenting all actions and tasks through the customer portal.
*Liaising with contractors
*Assigning jobs to engineers etc.
*General administration support and maintaining extremely high levels of customer service.
* Strong IT skills, with experience of using various systems. Experience of using communications such as Smart App is an advantage but certainly not essential.
*Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment is preferred.
*Previous experience of working within a housing/repairs team would be an advantage, but not essential!
*On-site parking available
*Immediate start available
*Excellent holiday pay and pension
Monday to Friday £8ph
